3 night minimum accepted before and after these dates.

Upon confirmation a deposit of $250.00
will be processed to your credit card.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 4 weeks prior
to your arrival date with a full refund.
Within 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited
to By the Bay Cottages.
